Cohort New York is a working creative collective for filmmakers, musicians, photographers, and storytellers across the five boroughs. We run weekly Film Labs and Music Labs in NYC, support original short films and EPs, and connect members to local crews, venues, and opportunities.
Cohort Film Lab sessions take place at partner studios and venues across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Exact locations are shared with confirmed attendees before each lab.
Lab pricing is listed on each event page. Most NYC labs use a $1 authorization hold for verification, released within seven days, with a per-lab participation fee.
