Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Acceptance of Terms:
By signing this agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Intellectual Property:
Artists retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to their work. By submitting your work to Cohort, you grant Cohort a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your work for promotional and marketing purposes related to Cohort.
Membership Responsibilities:
Actively participate in Cohort activities and adhere to community guidelines.
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of your profile information.
Conduct:
Members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within the Cohort community. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community may result in termination of membership.
Termination:
Voluntary Termination: Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying Cohort in writing.
Involuntary Termination: Cohort reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of these terms or any other Cohort policies.
Limitation of Liability:
Cohort is not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Cohort community.
Indemnification:
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cohort from any claims arising out of their participation.
Changes to Terms:
Cohort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.

Application form
Cohort Artist Payout Agreement
1. Introduction
This Payout Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Cohort ("we," "us," "our") and the artist ("you," "your") whose details are provided below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to the payment of funds to you for sales, commissions, and other income sources generated through Cohort.

3. Payment Terms

Sales of Artwork:

Commission Rate: Cohort will retain a commission of 20% on the sale of your artwork.

Deductions: Costs such as shipping, marketing, and platform fees will be deducted from the gross sales amount before the commission is calculated.

Net Sales Amount: You will receive 80% of the net sales amount after the commission and any applicable costs have been deducted.

Payment Schedule: Payments for custom work will be made upon completion and delivery of the work, or as per the terms agreed upon with the client.

Other Income Sources:

Workshops, Classes, and Events: Income generated from workshops, classes, or events you conduct through Cohort will be subject to a commission rate of %20 unless otherwise specified.

Royalties: Any royalties from licensed works will be distributed according to a separate royalty agreement.

4. Payment Schedule

Frequency: Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
5. Payment Method

Preferred Method: Payments will be made using your preferred payment method as indicated above.

Processing Fees: Any processing fees associated with your preferred payment method will be deducted from your payout amount.
6. Taxes

Responsibility: You are responsible for all taxes, including income taxes, associated with the payments you receive.

Tax Documentation: Cohort will provide necessary tax documentation, such as 1099 forms (for US-based artists), as required by law.
7. Dispute Resolution

Notification: If you have any disputes regarding your payout, you must notify Cohort in writing within 5 days of receiving the payment.

Resolution: Cohort will review and resolve any disputes within 30 days of receiving the notification.
8. Termination

Voluntary Termination: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 7 days written notice to Cohort.

Involuntary Termination: Cohort reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any breach of terms or other valid reasons.
9. Changes to Agreement
Cohort reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.

Cohort Artist Royalty Agreement
1. Introduction
This Royalty Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Cohort ("we," "us," "our") and the artist ("you," "your") whose details are provided below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to the payment of royalties to you for the use and licensing of your work through Cohort.
2. Royalty Terms

Royalty Rate: Cohort will pay you a royalty of 20% of the gross revenue generated from the licensing of your work.
3. Payment Calculation Example
Example for Royalties:

Gross Licensing Revenue: $1000
